Various assessment methods applied to each lecture are determined by each lecturer by referring to the learning provisions of the University and Faculty. For parallel courses, lecturers will coordinate to prepare the entire teaching materials, including the assessment methods. Coordination meeting for teaching preparation is regularly carried out prior to the start of the teaching and learning process. The regular coordination meeting allows uniformity in teaching and learning process, particularly for parallel courses, from materials, teaching materials, assessment method utilized, to the student assignment guidelines. In those process, the rubric’s content was discussed among lecturers to enhance content validity.
