Organization Development Supervisor PT. Indofood CBP Sukes Makmur Tbk, Cibitung UII Psychology Alumni, class of 2011

While studying at UII Psychology, I gained a lot of knowledge and experience which is useful for my current job as an Organization Development Supervisor at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk – Noodle Division Cibitung Branch. What differentiates UII Psychology the most from other universities in the field of industrial and organizational psychology is that students are equipped with skills in using various psychological test tools, given insight into observation and interview techniques, as well as many assignments to companies related to organizational development that hone our skills as students to Delve into the world of HR – Organization Development before actually diving into the company.

Apart from that, the Student Activities Unit and the community at UII Psychology became a forum for my activities outside of campus, which turned out to be a positive value that the company looked at when it first recruited me, even though at that time my competition was a graduate of a well-known state university in Jakarta. Of course, being able to work at one of the largest FMCG companies in Indonesia cannot be separated from the help of lecturers who are very open to discussions and sharing knowledge, even now.

Thank you UII psychology, for educating me so that I can be independent and have a good career at the age of 24. I am so proud of being a part of Psychology UII

Erasmus+ Master Program Student Work, Organization and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) University of Valencia Spain and University of Coimbra Portugal. Ull Psychology Alumni, class of 2008

I am proud and grateful for the Islamic Environment in Psychology at UII. Lecturers and employees all exemplify (not just convey) how Islamic values are applied on this campus. It is very rare for an educational institution to be able to balance the practice of Islamic values with the wealth of scientific specializations such as UII Psychology. The view every Monday morning at the faculty prayer room, where the staff and teachers recite the Koran together, really makes my heart proud, happy and cool to see. I also didn't find that view at my current campus in Spain, the University of Valencia or my mobility campus last semester, the University of Coimbra Portugal. Miss the feel of the Islamic Environment. Really.

Not to mention the competence of the teachers who are so diverse but professional in their respective fields. As they say, it is a walking science that students can easily pick up. UII Psychology will continue to be a part of my career journey, wherever and whenever. When I'm old, I want to tell my children and grandchildren, "Son, father was able to be like he is now because the teachers and staff at UII Psychology played a role."

Muchas Gracias, UII.
