kembali menyelenggarakan kuliah praktisi mata kuliah Psikologi Positif di Sekolah<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> pada Selasa 22 Juli 2025 lalu<\/span><span class=\"s5\">. <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Kali ini<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> kuliah praktis<\/span><span class=\"s4\">i<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> dihadir<\/span><span class=\"s4\">i<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">oleh <\/span><span class=\"s4\">beberapa perwakilan dari Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan (GSM), Kak Aly<\/span><span class=\"s4\">a,<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> Kak Sekar, <\/span><span class=\"s4\">dan<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> Mas Rifai<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, seorang guru muda yang menerapkan GSM dalam pengajarannya<\/span><span class=\"s4\">. <\/span><span class=\"s4\">T<\/span><span class=\"s4\">ujuan<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> dari kuliah praktisi ini adalah<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> u<\/span><span class=\"s4\">ntuk meningkatkan pengetahuan m<\/span><span class=\"s4\">ahasiswa <\/span><span class=\"s4\">psikologi <\/span><span class=\"s4\">terkait <\/span><span class=\"s4\">keadaan dunia<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> pendidikan di Indonesia serta <\/span><span class=\"s4\">bagaimana mahasiswa dapat membantu<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> permasalahan tersebut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">Dalam p<\/span><span class=\"s4\">enjelasan <\/span><span class=\"s4\">materi, GSM menyoroti tantangan pendidikan nasional, mulai dari kesenjangan kualitas sekolah negeri, rendahnya minat belajar siswa, hingga<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> ditunjukkannya<\/span><span class=\"s4\">data <\/span><span class=\"s5\">Human Capital Index<\/span><span class=\"s5\">, <\/span><span class=\"s4\">dimana<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> Indonesia menempati peringkat 96<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> Meskipun pemerintah telah mengalokasikan anggaran <\/span><span class=\"s4\">pendidikan yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya,<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">data <\/span><span class=\"s4\">internasional menunjukkan bahwa <\/span><span class=\"s4\">daya <\/span><span class=\"s4\">literasi dan numerasi siswa Indonesia <\/span><span class=\"s4\">masih<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">te<\/span><span class=\"s4\">r<\/span><span class=\"s4\">hitung<\/span><span class=\"s4\">rendah<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><span class=\"s4\">Menanggapi<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">permasalahan<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">tersebut<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, Kak Sekar <\/span><span class=\"s4\">menjelaskan<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">pentingnya<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">untuk<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">melihat<\/span><span class=\"s4\">Pendidikan <\/span><span class=\"s4\">dari<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">sudut<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">pandang<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">makrosistem<\/span><span class=\"s4\">. &#8220;<\/span><span class=\"s4\">Kalau kita bicara pendidikan, kita tidak bisa lepas dari konteks makrosistem, yaitu budaya dan kebijakan yang memengaruhi cara guru mengajar dan siswa belajar,\u201d ujarnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">Berdasarkan hal tersebut, <\/span><span class=\"s4\">GSM <\/span><span class=\"s4\">hadir<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">sebagai<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">komunitas<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">pendidikan<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> yang <\/span><span class=\"s4\">telah<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">berdiri<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">sejak<\/span><span class=\"s4\">2014 <\/span><span class=\"s4\">dengan<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">tujuan menciptakan <\/span><span class=\"s4\">lingkungan <\/span><span class=\"s4\">sekolah yang ramah, inklusif, dan memanusiakan siswa.<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> Mereka <\/span><span class=\"s4\">mengenalkan pendekatan <\/span><span class=\"s5\">\u201crevolusi kebudayaan\u201d<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">yaitu perubahan <\/span><span class=\"s4\">utama <\/span><span class=\"s4\">melalui<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> guru. \u201cMasalah utama <\/span><span class=\"s4\">dalam pendidikan <\/span><span class=\"s4\">bukan <\/span><span class=\"s4\">dari<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> fasilitas atau kurikulum, tetapi cara pikir dan perilaku dalam pendidikan<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u201d jelas Kak A<\/span><span class=\"s4\">lya<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> GSM juga membangun jejarin<\/span><span class=\"s4\">g<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> guru<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> di berbagai daerah <\/span><span class=\"s4\">di Indonesia <\/span><span class=\"s4\">untuk saling belajar, berbag<\/span><span class=\"s4\">i<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, dan mengubah <\/span><span class=\"s4\">pendekatan<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> yang berpusat pada kurikulum menjadi ber<\/span><span class=\"s4\">fokus<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> pada kebutuhan dan potensi <\/span><span class=\"s4\">siswa<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">Mas Rifai, guru <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Sejarah <\/span><span class=\"s4\">SMK Negeri 4 Yogyakarta<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> yang telah menerapkan GSM<\/span><span class=\"s4\">,<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> turut berbagi pengalaman pribadinya dalam memilih profesi guru. <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Ia <\/span><span class=\"s4\">mengajar di sekolah dengan mayoritas siswa berlatar belakang ekonomi menengah ke bawah, banyak di antaranya berasal dari keluarga <\/span><span class=\"s5\">broken home<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> bahkan hidup tanpa figur ayah. \u201cAwalnya saya mengajar seperti guru pada umumnya: fokus menyelesaikan materi, ulangan, nilai. Namun, saya sadar siswa lebih sering bertanya \u2018kapan pulang\u2019<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> atau \u2018kapan istirahat\u2019<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> dibanding bertanya tentang materi. Dari situ saya memahami bahwa pembelajaran yang membosankan tidak akan bermakna bagi mereka,\u201d jelas<\/span><span class=\"s4\">nya<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">Ia <\/span><span class=\"s4\">lalu <\/span><span class=\"s4\">melakukan perubahan cara mengajar, dari pendekatan<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> kaku berbasis kurikulum menuju pembelajaran yang menghidupkan rasa ingin tahu (<\/span><span class=\"s5\">curiosity<\/span><span class=\"s4\">), imajinasi, dan keberagaman siswa. \u201cKurikulum itu seharusnya hidup dalam diri guru. Guru bukan sekadar penyampai materi, tetapi fasilitator yang memanusiakan dan memberdayakan siswa<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> menjadi manusia berdaulat<\/span><span class=\"s4\">,\u201d tegasnya.<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> Ia menerapkan <\/span><span class=\"s5\">Outing Class<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, dimana siswa belajar langsung di luar kelas, seperti ke museum, keraton, atau situs sejarah. Pendekatan ini terbukti meningkatkan minat belajar dan keterlibatan siswa. Menurutnya, pendidikan harus berfokus pada pembentukan manusia yang berpikir kritis dan berdaya, bukan sekadar mencetak tenaga kerja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">Menutup sesi, Kak Alya mengingatkan kutipan Tan Malaka, &#8216;Tidak perlu ada pendidikan tinggi jika mahasiswa tak sanggup melihat masalah bangsanya dan bekerja bersama masyarakat.&#8217; <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Kuliah <\/span><span class=\"s4\">praktisi<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> ini <\/span><span class=\"s4\">kembali mengingatkan bahwa psikologi bukan hanya sekeda<\/span><span class=\"s4\">r<\/span><span class=\"s4\">ilmu mengenai perilaku dan <\/span><span class=\"s4\">proses mental<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, namun <\/span><span class=\"s4\">juga <\/span><span class=\"s4\">ilmu kemanusiaan yang mengajarkan untuk memanusiakan m<\/span><span class=\"s4\">a<\/span><span class=\"s4\">nusia. <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Para m<\/span><span class=\"s4\">ahasiswa diajak untuk tidak berhenti pada pemahaman akademi<\/span><span class=\"s4\">k di kelas saja<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, tetapi juga berani bersuara, berdiskusi, dan turun langsung ke masyarakat <\/span><span class=\"s4\">untuk melihat <\/span><span class=\"s4\">realitas<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> pendidikan di Indonesia<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s3\">\n<p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">Author : Muthia Nurhanifah Khairy<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Program Studi Psikologi Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) kembali menyelenggarakan kuliah praktisi mata kuliah Psikologi Positif di Sekolah pada Selasa 22 Juli 2025 lalu.
