The UII Psychology Study Program is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI), the Association of Indonesian Higher Education Providers (AP2TPI), the International Association of Muslim Psychologists (IAMP) and other organizations that are members of HIMPSI.

The Psychology Study Program has various kinds of activities, both workshops and seminars. One of the annual agendas organized by the Psychology Study Program is NCIP (National Conference on Islamic Psychology) inviting experts from several countries including Sudan and Malaysia. The NCIP is held in collaboration with The International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT). This event is open to the general public and is not limited to Indonesia alone but also provides opportunities for participants from abroad. In 2o18, NCIP will collaborate with Bionet Conference Germany to organize an international conference.
